We are pleased to advise that the main pool and children’s pool will be heated up from today!! They normally take a few days to warm up depending on outside temperatures so don’t panic if they are not as warm as you think they should be initially. 

A few things to remind members of:

• There are no lifeguards on duty. Safety is your responsibility.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult- otherwise they will be asked to leave.
• The operating hours are 6am - 10pm. Please be sure to observe these hours and vacate by 10pm taking all your belongings with you.
• Our pool maintenance people visit the pools daily over the holiday period. Any issues please record them in the maintenance log in the kitchen area.

Please also remember:

• NO GLASS AROUND THE POOL AREA - that includes in the spa pools.  The cost to empty and clean out the pools is over $250 and it takes a couple of days to get them back to full temperature.
• Please do not let the kids use the spa thermal covers as floaties – they cost $1000 to replace if damaged.  They must not be used in the main pool!
• Observe gym etiquette - no unattended children, no wet swimwear, and shoes to be worn at all times.
• No wet swimwear in the lounge - wet floors are a safety hazard for everyone.
• Please don't prop open doors or the gate - as well as the obvious safety issue it plays havoc with the access software.
• Remember, you are responsible for your guests - and you must be there with them.
• Please do your bit to keep the facilities tidy at this time of heavy use. Take your rubbish and recycling home with you.
• Please turn off all lights and lock doors if you are among the last to leave.
• We will have one BBQ up and running by the weekend with new, more robust knobs, and are working with McIvor Plumbing & Gas to make changes to the remaining BBQs.  Please ensure you turn it off fully after use, including turning off the gas at master lever underneath at ankle level and generally leave the place as you would like to find it.

As you know, there are nightly security sweeps of the facilities and 24 hour CCTV cameras are operating as an additional security measure. If you do happen to notice anything untoward occurring out of hours, please notify our security man Lucien Gordon on (027) 350 7577or call us at the Infinity office on 443 0088 during office hours.
