Community Facilities Update

Pools Opening
I am pleased to advise that the main pool and children's pool will be operational from Saturday 12 November. A couple of things to remember:

There are no lifeguards on duty. Safety is your responsibility.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
No glassware permitted in or around the pools. Any suspicion of glass in the pools requires us to dump the water as a precaution, refill and reheat.

Hours of Operation
The hours of operation are from 6am - 10pm. We ask that you respect the 10pm closing time. Your card does not allow access outside of these hours.

Security
We ask that members look after the facilities, know what their children and teenagers are up to, and be responsible for their guests. Please turn lights off, ensure doors and windows are locked, BBQs, gym and lounges are left tidy for the next users.

There are nightly security sweeps of the facilities and Wanaka Police include the facility in their regular rounds. 24 hour CCTV cameras are operating as an additional security measure. If you do happen to notice anything untoward occurring out of hours, please notify the police directly.

BBQs / Rubbish & Recycling
The BBQs run on reticulated gas. Please ensure they are turned off completely. There is a lever located under the concrete surround that turns the gas on / off. We would also appreciate you taking all rubbish and recycling home with you.

We intend to hold the monthly charges for existing members at current rates this summer in the face of a general increase in operational costs. Depending on membership numbers these rates are likely to increase in 2012. Please advise any new owners who wish to become members to contact Infinity directly.
